Aboriginal Students Association at York

Recognizing the historical injustices faced by Aboriginal peoples, the Aboriginal Students Association at York (ASAY) seeks to address forms of systemic discrimination that continue to oppress Indigenous peoples at the institutional level of the university. ASAY endeavor's to provide an educational source for the York Community on the subject of Aboriginal affairs and to promote indigenous people toward careers and advanced educational achievement. This association also organizes events and activities in order to enhance the university experience for Aboriginal students, affiliated students, and general members of the York community.
