Mental Health Awareness Week

 
 

Mental Health Awareness Week is a week of events and services aimed at raising awareness on mental health and wellness in order to inspire action and promote access to mental health resources for all.

Our week-long events are organized in collaboration with the YFS Wellness Centre. The Wellness Centre is accessible to students all year round. It focuses on four main pillars of operation: Mental Health, Physical Health, Sexual Violence and Harm Reduction.

Throughout Mental Health Awareness Week we provide students with various events such as de-stressors, and teach-ins with topics surrounding the ideas of community care, meditation, journaling, planting and art therapy.

THIS YEAR, MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK WILL BE HELD WITH A MIX OF VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON EVENTS FROM NOVEMBER 14TH TO 18TH.
